Having faced and conquered numerous personal challenges myself, I understand the journey to healing and personal growth. My own experience with MLNP has been profoundly transformative. I now know the liberating feeling of “letting go and letting God.”
My mission is clear: I want others to experience the same liberation and empowerment. I’m committed to helping individuals navigate their own challenges, find the strength to let go of what no longer serves them, and lead the life they truly deserve. As an ETA qualified fitness Instructor, Social worker in private practice (BA Social Work, Stellenbosch University), Neuro-life coach (MLNP), and Counsellor I am passionate about helping people. Having lived and worked in the UK, Netherlands and South Africa for 20 years broadened my horizons in terms of vision and life experiences.

High frustration levels, stress, trauma’s and setbacks in life causes us to doubt ourselves and our abilities. It steals our productivity, joy, dreams and creativity and limits our potential. I also cause havoc in our relationships.


Whether on the sport field, in the office, in the classroom (school or university) or within yourself it is possible to reach your dreams and goals of optimal functioning and thriving. I would love to help you have less stress, bigger dreams, more creativity and more energy to reach your goals.
