I have helped people who struggle with anxiety, depression, making decisions (career and relationship), goal setting, addiction, relationships, sleeping, childhood trauma, sexual abuse, hijackings, armed robberies, broken marriages, problems at work or with children and many more. I will come alongside you on your journey of healing and self-discovery.
Emotional issues and past trauma influence the body and mind. I use various techniques from play therapy with children to MLNP among others techniques to help people heal from past events and trauma in order to function optimally.
