Sophia is a Theology Graduate
She has over 28 years’ experience in the ministry since she graduated with a Diploma in Theology in 1990 from the Apostolic Faith Mission Church. Her hands on ministry spanned over two countries Namibia and South Africa.
In the last five years she has developed her skill as a is an intuitive empowerment Coach and Mentor. She is specializing in helping individuals transforming their relationships with themselves and others, She is a strong proponent of women’s unique gifts and abilities to change the world into a more loving and harmonious place. She is on a mission to help women and men realizing their dreams.
In 2014 she started Bemestar Wellness and she has not looked back. She successfully completed 32.5 hours on an Advance Diploma in Life Coaching.
