I grew up in a small village, named Magogong, Vaalhartz Skema, in the Northern Cape. I finished school in Hartswater High School. After school I did a secretary cource and worked for only 3 months as one. There after I worked as a typist and then I became a Personal Assistant. I worked for 16 years at the Sol Plaatje Municipality. I started part time with my studies as a Functional Therapist at Perspektief Opleidingskollege in Potchefstroom. After resigning as a Personal Assistant, I worked for 2 years as a Manager for Nappies and Soap. Gladly I can say today I am a Functional Therapist and MLNP Life Coach who is working in Kimberley. I can see God’s hand in my life as I am looking back to see the different things I have gone through in the past, to do what I am doing know.

Ek was vir jare ‘n onderwyseres – Biologie, Wiskunde en die afgelope paar jaar Visuele kuns en Drama. Tieners lê my baie na aan die hart, veral
probleem’tieners. Dit het my in die onderwys gefrustreer dat ek nie tyd gehad het om aan individue aandag te gee tot die mate wat ek graag wou help nie.
Die menslike liggaam en veral die brein en senuweestelsel interesseer my geweldig. Ek het ook die waarde van kuns, in al sy vorme, as terapeutiese middel
leer ken.
Ek het al meer gefrustreerd geraak en verlede jaar besef dat ek net bestaan en nie meer leef nie. Ek is getroud, met 3 volwasse, werkende dogters wat my gemotiveer het om ‘n beroepsverandering te maak. Danksy The Neuro Coach Method, leef ek nou daagliks my droom en passie uit met betroubare vaardighede wat ek optimaal gebruik om ander te help wat in ‘n groef vasgevang is. Saam met die kunsterapie stimuleer dit al my belangstellings en voel ek geroepe om ‘n verskil te maak as Life Coach en met verdere studie as Neuro Coach! Ek LEWE weer en besef dat God my my hele lewe lank vir hierdie roeping – deur al my lewenservarings – voorberei het.

As the franchisee of Brain Gain Polokwane, I combine hands-on therapeutic expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset, currently developing the Brain Gain Referrals tool to help schools identify learners in need of medical and psychological support. I have designed after-school learning and support programs, delivered multi-disciplinary interventions in partnership with other professionals, and provided community outreach and education to promote mental well-being.
