I am a caring person, passionate about people and highly motivated to coach people to better their lives. As a person I am very creative and versatile and adapt easily to new situations and circumstances. I am happily married with a beautiful baby boy and understand the struggle with juggling home life and following your dream.

I believe every person has a purpose and a destiny and with guidance could achieve more than they ever imagined.

During my 8 years working with at YWAM an International Christian Mission and Humanitarian Organisation, I have been exposed to diverse cultures and different ways of thinking. I have travelled extensively and visited more than 20 different countries.

After YWAM I became a youth pastor a Methodist church and stayed in a pastoral role for 4 years.

In 2019 I joined Tersia Smit at Rejuvenate Coaching and Counselling. I completed my qualification to become a Multi-Level Nero Processing Life Coach and registered as a coach with ICR (International Coaches Register).

Ek is die personifikasie van my motto: Dare to dream, dare to be free, dare to LIVE.

I am fully bilingual, comfortable in both Afrikaans and English.
Ek was vir jare ‘n onderwyseres – Biologie, Wiskunde en die afgelope paar jaar Visuele kuns en Drama. Tieners lê my baie na aan die hart, veral
probleem’tieners. Dit het my in die onderwys gefrustreer dat ek nie tyd gehad het om aan individue aandag te gee tot die mate wat ek graag wou help nie.
Die menslike liggaam en veral die brein en senuweestelsel interesseer my geweldig. Ek het ook die waarde van kuns, in al sy vorme, as terapeutiese middel
leer ken.

Ek het al meer gefrustreerd geraak en verlede jaar besef dat ek net bestaan en nie meer leef nie. Ek is getroud, met 3 volwasse, werkende dogters wat my gemotiveer het om ‘n beroepsverandering te maak. Danksy The Neuro Coach Method, leef ek nou daagliks my droom en passie uit met betroubare vaardighede wat ek optimaal gebruik om ander te help wat in ‘n groef vasgevang is. Saam met die kunsterapie stimuleer dit al my belangstellings en voel ek geroepe om ‘n verskil te maak as Life Coach en met verdere studie as Neuro Coach! Ek LEWE weer en besef dat God my my hele lewe lank vir hierdie roeping – deur al my lewenservarings – voorberei het.

I pride myself in being an accomplished and dynamic professional with over 16 years professional working experience. Well known for my ability to meet, achieve and exceed company, customer, and project objectives and expectations.

I started my career as a Boikineticist and built my own practice over years. When it was time for a new challenge, I successfully made a career change to the corporate sector. I found my rhythm and positioned myself as a goal orientated individual with an interest in business strategy and outcome-based projects. I have a keen interest and focused on sustainability, optimization and overall business efficiency. My self-starter approach has empowered me to spearhead multiple successful projects over the past 5 years within the Shoprite Group of Companies.

Being a creative thinker and having an entrepreneurial spirit, allows me to apply critical thinking and business case analysis to accelerate workable solutions around complex personal and business issues.

Van jonks af ‘n vertroueling vir mense wat hulp of leiding nodig het met moeilike situasies/ervarings, old soul wat kalm bly onder sress. Vriendelik en oop met’ n baie gesonde sin vir humor. Om te gee is my “Love Language” en ek het baie empatie mense wat hande in die hare is. Van beroep ‘n
klavierdosent/begeleier/onderwyseres wat ook al kursusse gedoen het in Argiteks-tekeninge, wyn, kos, en juweliersontwerp en – vervaardiging. Nou wil ek mense help om beter lewenskwaliteit te ervaar en vir hulle’ n liggie op hulle pad te wees.
